Documentation update and animated gifs

This update brings the long promised included documentation.
Just click the "help" button in the upper right to find out about all of the features I have not properly signposted so far.

...but wait, there's more!
Thanks to the recent release of the godotgif extension there is now full support for animated gifs as well!
